Dementia Services in Toronto

The Toronto Dementia Network collects, organizes and disseminates information about dementia-related services and events in Toronto.

In combination with the counselling and education provided by the Alzheimer Society, this information can assist in preparing for the many difficult decisions that must be made by persons with dementia and their caregivers throughout the lengthy course of the disease.

Organizations are contacted yearly for updates on services offered. Their collaboration in providing current information is essential to this project. Organizations can also request changes/updates as required throughout the year.
