Thank you so much for choosing to support Alzheimer Toronto. Your generosity will allow us to provide support, counselling and information to individuals and families living with Alzheimer's and to fund research to find a cure for the disease.

Donations can be made online, over the phone, or by mail.

To make a secure online donation, please click one of the options below:

Donate by Phone

Please call 416-322-6560 and have the following information ready to make your donation by phone:

Your credit card number and expiry date.
The type of donation you are making.
The name and address of the family or friend you would like to be notified of this donation
(if applicable).

Your income tax receipt will be mailed to you within 4 weeks. If you would prefer to receive your tax receipt by email, please let us know.

Donate by Mail

If you prefer to donate by mail using a cheque or credit card, simply:

Print the Donation Form.
Fill in all of the information for your donation.
Ensure that your name and address are printed clearly.
Include your credit card information on the donation form, or make your cheque payable to Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
Mail your completed form to:

Please do not send cash in the mail. Your income tax receipt will be mailed to you within 4 weeks.
